the old house
my old house! My Grandpa built this house, and raised his kids in it, and then one of his kids raised their kids in it, and now one of his kids is raising their kids in it! This is for my 3D Camera techniques class. I built the model in Maya.

3d animation homework
the timing is a more than a little off, but I think it gets the point across. The teacher said that we had to animate someone dieing, I think this fills the requirement.

1st pass title sequence for my game idea
so far this is the coolest looking 3d animation that I've done, I'd like to go back and really refine this and make it into something that actually looks great.

my old toy box for homework
This is my first fancy textured 3d model. Teacher said to create our own textures for a crate with mental ray and this is what I'm turning in. It's not perfect because I had to create part of the texture in Photoshop with image I found online.
I had about 30 Ninja Turtles, He-men, Thundercats and a few Micromachines stuffed in this old Toybox when I was growing up.

Game Wizards!
http://www.g4tv.com/xplay/videos/20994/Will_Work_For_Games_Student_Developers.html
This is the G4 spot that featured Game Wizards (the class I'm enrolled in as a concept artist) I would embed the player but I don't know how to do tricky stuff like that.

This is the first cartoon I've ever made, it was mainly done as an exercise to introduce us to the idea of moving objects across a page in a simulated 3d space. My instructors name is Norland Tellez.
Music Credit: Remix of over world music from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles video game for Nintendo Entertainment System. (used without permission)
Original Composer: Keizo Nakamura
Remix Composer: Kain Minter & Roddy Toomim:TeenTurtleTryp
We had to give our sack some personality, so I decided to make my sack a trigger happy religious fanatic. Our instructor had a few requirements for this assignment, the sack had to get scared, and run away, and meet it's demise.
Music Credit: Norman Greenbaum: Spirit in the Sky (used without permission)
This one I decided to make very personal, so I put myself in it! I piece of my artistic past comes alive to help me overcome obstacles as an adult. Crayons, FTW!
Music Credit: Gorillaz: Faust: featured on the album G Sides (used without permission)
(If there is any kind of problem with me posting my cartoons with music that I borrowed let me know and I'll post muted versions.)

4th quarter portfolio (BIG POST)
This monster post has a little of everything, each piece is labeled for the class that I did it for. For this portfolio I received an outstanding portfolio award for Summer 2007. It was an honor to be recognized.
Dracula Must Die
This is a board game I created for a class I took. I created the idea for the game as well as all the art it took to bring it to life. It is 2-4 players, co-op or versus. The object of the game is to find the items you need to destroy Dracula without being turned into a vampire. My favorite part of this game is that it doesn't end when you die, it just gets more fun.
Set Extension project
This is for my matte painting class, we had to take our own pictures, and extend the image by 1/3. We also had to add some damage destruction to the image, and several other things. This was done in Photoshop.
family dog color script pass 1
This is for my storyboard class. We were given a 2.5 page script and told to turn it into a storyboard. We started scribbling on post it notes, then we did some blue pencil roughs on larger paper. After cleaning up the rough work, we had to pick 9 panels of our story to color. This is the first pass, once i make a few adjustments that the teacher suggested, I'll post the second pass.
